3-Day Camp: Global Passport
June 19, 20, 21:  9:30 am-12 noon

Your young chef will enjoy three days of hands-on cooking as we explore spices and ingredients from four corners of the globe. Designed for ages 9 and up, our Global Passport Camp will expand your child’s palate and boost kitchen confidence. Attendees will enjoy generous samples of dishes and taste spices and other international ingredients.  They will also learn a bit about each region and why certain ingredients are popular.
3-Day Camp: U.S. Road Trip
July 17, 18, 19:  9:30 am-12 noon
COST:  $115  (ages 9 and up)
Explore regional flavors from across the United States! Young chefs will enjoy three fun-filled days creating and learning about regional specialties from East Coast to West all without having to ask, “Are we there yet?” young chefs will enjoy generous samples of dishes and taste ingredients. They will bring home recipes and learn about tools and techniques required to create those dishes. Participants will also learn a bit about regional ingredients and why certain flavors/cooking techniques are popular in various regions of the U.S.
3-Day Camp: Bakeshop
July 31, Aug. 1 and 2    9:30 am-12 noon   
Cost:  $115  (ages 9 and up)
A dream come true for budding bakers: three fun-filled days of making both sweet and savory treats! We’ll cover all the essentials—from reading recipes to measuring and mixing ingredients. Plus, young bakers will enjoy lots of hands-on experience crafting hand pies, working with yeast and more. our Bake shop Camp provides the perfect foundation for a lifetime of great baking.
What To Expect:  
  • Classes are 2 1/2 hours in length
  • Your child will work on their own AND with other students in pairs/small groups in a supervised environment
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students
  • Students will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please have children wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. Students may wear a baseball cap or we will provide  a hairnet.
  • Young chefs may bring an apron from home or borrow one from our kitchen.
  • All class participants receive a coupon good for 20% off in-store purchases good for the duration of the camp
Farm to Freezer recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before attending the camp. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during camp.
