Let us help make your busy lives just a bit easier with our Freezer Club. You choose - Pick Up or Delivery.
Farm to Freezer offers freshly prepared food made with locally sourced ingredients. Healthy, nutritious and flavorful. Our ready-to-cook meals will arrive frozen with simple cooking directions to bake, grill, crockpot, or in some cases just reheat. Great for those late nights, busy family schedules and for packed lunches.
Here’s how it works:
Sign up today with a $25 Membership Fee (per year, non-refundable).
Your membership includes
- Bi-weekly PICK UP at our kitchen OR DELIVERY to your HOME (we are offering the first 9 miles for FREE, only 75 cents a mile beyond that). Pick up and Deliveries run every other Thursday.
- Selections from our bi-weekly menu offerings
- Reminder emails for ordering, delivery/pick up dates and cooler swap
On Freezer Club days (pick up or delivery, each members’ order will be packed in a F2F cooler bag with your name on it. It will contain FROZEN food with an ice pack(s). Pick ups are Thursdays, 9am - 6 pm and deliveries will arrive on Thursdays, between 2pm and 4pm. You will be responsible for swapping out your cooler bag(s). If you are a Pick Up customer, bring us your empty cooler and we will give you a new one with your food. Delivery customers simply leave the empty cooler bag (w/ reusable ice pack) at the same location ON your next delivery day. Leave your name tag on it. We track the coolers.
How do I join?
You can join at any time and will be included in the next menu cycle.
Q: Do I have to place an order each menu cycle?

Q: What if I will not be home on a delivery day?
A: Simply let us know where we can leave your cooler (porch, side door, back patio) or ask a neighbor to place it in the freezer.
Q: Can you accommodate food allergies?
A: YES! Just ask and we will do our best to make accommodations.
