Farm to Freezer Delivery Service

Let us help make your busy lives just a bit easier with our meal Delivery Service. 

Farm to Freezer offers freshly prepared food made with locally sourced ingredients.  Healthy, nutritious and flavorful.  Our ready-to-cook meals will arrive frozen with simple cooking directions to bake, grill, crockpot, or in some cases just reheat.  Great for those late nights, busy family schedules and for packed lunches.        

Here’s how it works:

Sign up today with a $25 Membership Fee (per year, non-refundable). 

Your membership includes

  • Bi-weekly delivery to your HOME (we are offering the first 9 miles for FREE, only 75 cents a mile beyond that)
  • Selections from our bi-weekly menu offerings
  • Reminder emails for ordering, delivery dates and cooler swap

Delivery & Cooler Swap

On delivery days, each members’ order will be delivered in a F2F cooler bag with your name on it.  When your registration is confirmed, we will email you to ask you where we can safely leave the cooler bag.  It will contain FROZEN food with an ice pack(s).  Deliveries will arrive on Thursdays, between 2pm and 5pm.  You will be responsible for leaving the empty cooler bag (w/ reusable ice pack) at the same location ON your next delivery day.  Leave your name tag on it.  We track the coolers.

If you forget to return your empty cooler (w/reusable ice pack) by your next delivery day, you will still receive your delivery, but you will be charged a $10 fee.  When the cooler is returned you will receive a $10 credit to use towards a future delivery. 

How do I join?

You can join at any time and will be included in the next delivery cycle. 


Q:  Do I have to place an order each delivery cycle?

A:   No.  Order as much or as little as you’d like and only order on the weeks that you want a delivery.

Q:  What if I will not be home on a delivery day?

A:  Simply let us know where we can leave your cooler (porch, side door, back patio) or ask a neighbor to place it in the freezer.

Q:  Can you accommodate food allergies?

A:  YES!  Just ask and we will do our best to make accommodations.
